Katalor QH Electric Hoist Feature
QH electric hoist is equipped with several hoisting and operation speeds, not only can meet the use requirements of common places, but also requirements of fine works of precision assembly, sand box die assembly, equipment overhauling and the like. The application is wide.
QH electric hoist is shaped in rectangle with advanced and reasonable layout and diversified installation modes. The four faces of the rectangular frame can be used as mounting faces, and different working modes are formed by diversified rope outlet angles. The shaft end of the motor is of bevel gear direct gear, its brake moment is increased with the load, thereby the problem that large-tonnage electric hoist has poor brake effect is solved. The electric drive mode is that the electromotor and the reducer are located at one side, different from the intermediate shaft drive of CD electric hoist, which greatly improves the hoisting height as large as 120m (multiplying power of 1/1). The hoisting hooks are compliant with standards of GB10051 (the same as DIN15400), with P strength grade. The hoisting hooks are further provided with a security device for preventing the hoisting hook from dropping accidently, as well as module functions of temperature control, overload and remote control according to customer demands.
