XAR400 wear-resistant steel application

XAR400 material is a special structural steel with high wear resistance. Generally speaking, the higher the hardness, the higher the wear resistance. The average hardness of this wear-resistant special structural steel is 400HB. After quenching, or quenching and quenching, it has a good martensite-bainite microstructure. The addition of molybdenum, nickel, and boron alloys ensures uniform texture throughout the thickness direction.
XAR400 hardness range is 370-430HB.
The thickness range of XAR400 wear-resistant steel plates is 4mm-160mm, the materials are all heat-treated materials, and the delivery state is quenched or quenched and tempered.

Application
XAR400 wear-resistant steel plates are used for wear-exposed structures, such as protective pads and shell walls of prospecting machines and bulldozers. Support or reinforcement plates; cutting plates for truck rollovers; mixing elements and conveying elements, chute grooves, display screens, machine tools, crushers and shredders, waste briquetting presses, blades, paving abrasives and agricultural machinery.
