S355NL weldable fine-grain structure steel grade

EN10025-3 steel grade S355NL is a normalizing/normalizing rolling weldable fine-grain structure steel plate. When the temperature is not lower than -20C, the regular impact energy is small, then the steel grade is marked with N. When the temperature is not lower than -50C, The small value of the regular impact energy is indicated by NL.
