10CrMo9-10 alloy steel plate

10CrMo9-10 steel is a European special alloy steel grade with elevated temperature properties for pressure vessels. The 10 in the 10CrMo9-10 grade represents the carbon content.It is generally used in the manufacture and components of power station boiler drums, steam boiler equipment, pressure vessels, large pressure pipes and other equipment.

Mechanical properties

 Delivery status of 10CrMo9-10 alloy steel plate
The delivery state is normalized and tempered (N+T) or quenched and tempered (Q+T). Different delivery states can be selected according to the needs. 10CrMo9-10 steel plate is usually delivered in the normalized and tempered state with a thickness of 60mm or less. Delivery from 60mm to 100mm is normalized and tempered or quenched and tempered, and from 100mm to 250mm is delivered in quenched and tempered state. According to the negotiation between the supplier and the client, the delivery may not be processed.
Scope of application
10CrMo9-10 alloy steel plate is commonly used in the manufacture and components of power station boiler drum drums, steam boiler equipment, pressure vessels, large pressure pipes and other equipment. Used in the manufacture of reactors, heat exchangers, separators, SPHErical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, pressure shells of nuclear reactors, and turbine volutes.
